    Position Overview:

    The Roof Consultant position is focused on outside sales within their assigned market. The roof consultant position is a critical part of the Kino Roofing brand. As a roof consultant, not only will you diagnose a customer's need for our services but also ensure to represent the organization’s core values at all times.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Acquisition and Customer Service

    Prospecting and securing new business towards achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and objectives.

    Generating growth within existing accounts by creating trust and developing long lasting relationships.

    Actively network and represent Kino Roofing at local marketing events.

    Adhering to our in-house consultation sales process to ensure proper roofing solutions.

    Responding to customer concerns and coordinating resources to resolve issues.

    Providing an exceptional customer experience by encouraging a continuing business relationship acting as their central point of contact.

    1. Collaboration and Teamwork

    Attend all sales meetings.

    Working with other Kino Roofing team members after customer acquisition to ensure a streamlined process through production and completion.

    1. Products and Services Knowledge

    Maintaining an exceptional level of expertise on products and services offered by Kino Roofing and adhering to our core focus.

    Educating customers on manufacturer installation guidelines, warranties, and overall roofing systems to provide value and ensure accurate, transparent prices.

    1. Data Entry & Documentation

    Adhere to our CRM system and other platforms used to leverage and manage all customer interactions, proactively communicate with customers, and input all customer/job related data.

    Must create, analyze, and upload documents related to contracts and scope of work.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices, and ability to learn internal software programs and applications

    1. Education and Experience

    A bachelors degree from a four year college or university; or two to four years related roofing sales.

    Willingness to learn, adapt and apply our proven sales process.

    1. Professional Appearance

    Must present a clean and neat physical appearance and strictly abide by company dress code serving as a role model for other team members, customers and visitors.

    1. Physical Demands

    The roof consultant will be required to travel to customer locations and job sites on a daily basis.

    Will need to lift, position, and secure ladders up to 32 feet and safely climb up and down from the roof.
