Roofing Estimator function is to provide and lead full-service estimating for multiple scales and complex projects. projects will be varied and span multiple types, close the sale, apply change orders, follow through on actual project. Plus oversee regulations, permits, meet deadlines, and strive to stay within budget.

· Estimating/proposals jobs of reroofs, foam, tear offs, etc. and creating actual sales to the client.

· Do the behind the scene foot work, walk and measure roofs, gather what is needed for permits and specifications of the project.

· Identify labor, material, waste, and time requirements per job.

· Attend all pertinent pre-bid meetings and review all architectural drawings with HOA, City Council etc.

· Track and manage projects through Contractor Foreman including estimating bid, change orders, scope of work and notes pertaining to project.

· Creating job cards, with full description of what needs to be done to job.

· Using roof inspection checklist created by 1st Class Foam and doing annual inspections of projects.

· Collect pictures before and after to show clients.

· Contribute to team effort and work with other departments to assess rates to be used in estimates. Create and prepare final bid for sale.

· Communicate with clients/vendors regarding project status, costs, and any changes that may be required and approval by client and or community.

· Plan and oversee your sale from initiation to close with the help of software, resources and a reasonable budget.

· All pictures and notes must be uploaded to CF and printed for files.
