We are looking for a Roofing Inspector/Service Tech to perform roof inspections and service work on multifamily and commercial properties, which includes steep slope roofs. 5 years of field experience in roofing/siding is required. This individual must be able to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies and make repairs as needed. Posses the ability to set up and climb ladders. Ability to operate manlifts is a plus. A background in maintenance, general repair and construction is also preferred. Must posses a valid Driver's License. Position will travel throughout the United States 75% of the time. Would be ideal to live within 30 miles of a major airport. Familiarity with a smartphone is essential in order to operate our roofing software. Roofing software such as CenterPoint or FCS is a plus. This position requires an individual who is personable, speaks English fluently and can work independently at times.
