We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in different roofing systems (but primarily steep slopes) and have a proven track record of effectively repairing and maintaining roofs. Responsibilities: Roof Repairs • Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or other issues • Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of roofing materials, including shingles and metal roofing • Replace damaged or deteriorated roofing components, such as shingles, flashing, and/or vents Diagnosis and Problem-Solving: • Diagnose the cause of roofing problems and develop effective repair solutions • Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards Safety and Compliance: • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment • Comply with local building codes and regulations during repairs and installations Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of repair work, materials used, and customer interactions Customer Service: • Communicate with customers professionally, explaining repair options and providing cost estimates • Address customer questions and concerns with courtesy and expertise Qualifications: • General construction experience is preferred • Valid driver’s license is required • Great balance, and ability to lift heavy materials and tools is required • Must have excellent communication skills Compensation: $50,000+
