ABOUT THE POSITION

D&M Roofing is seeking an enthusiastic Roofing Sales Representative to expand our presence in Omaha. This position offers unlimited earning potential, where your success directly impacts your income. Key responsibilities include generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales. Top performers may receive qualified leads, but proactive lead generation is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run leads provided by the company
• Generate leads independently through canvassing, networking, and relationship-building
• Consult with homeowners to assess roofing and repair needs
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates, closing sales on-site
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims, including documentation and photo submissions
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution from permitting to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly motivated self-starter eager to exceed sales goals and generate leads independently
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Proven sales success in any industry (home services a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a fold-up ladder
