    Requirements:

    • 1-5 years of sales experience (any field not just roofing)
    • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals through acquiring new business and building networking relationships in the roofing industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in using company CRM, email, and other required software and tools.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Must have a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct sales appointments and provide comprehensive roof inspections, documenting the roof's condition and generating detailed inspection reports.
    • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients in the luxury/ high-end market.
    • Use company tools, such as drone equipment and software, to complete inspections, as well as climb on roofs to assess damage and discuss findings with customers.
    • Generate leads through networking, customer referrals, and online marketing efforts.
    • Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships using the company CRM system.
    • Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and prospects, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
    • Align with and uphold the company’s core values of the 3 E’s: Experience, Expertise, and Exceeding customer expectations.
