Sales Manager/Advisor Job Summary
As a Sales Manager/Roofing Sales Advisor with Honest Abe Roofing,
you'll use your unique personality, exceptional communication skills, and
desire to succeed to help homeowners solve their roofing problems. We
are looking for a proven sales leader to take our team to the next level. This
is a hybrid role, with approximately 70% of your time being in the field
selling and 30% management of the sales team.
Sales Manager/Advisor Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Roofing Sales Advisors to
achieve and exceed sales targets and serve customers by selling
products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings, utilizing our proven
and proprietary sales process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing daily reports and
actionable insights to senior management.
• Doing ride alongs with other Roofing Sales Advisors
• Doing role plays with current sales team
• Helping inside sales with call scrips and follow ups
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about products to
better represent product lines and the company.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results
reports.
• Help resolve customer complaints by investigating problems,
developing solutions, preparing reports, and making
recommendations to management.
Contributes to team efforts and communication.
Sales Manager/Advisor Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales management and sales
• Experience with Google marketing and Facebook marketing is a plus
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales and
marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse
with customers comfortably.
• Able to work with CRM’s and other technology platforms
• Customer service experience
• In home sales experience is a plus
• Experience in leading an inside sales department
