What You'll Do:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct roof inspections and help homeowners navigate insurance claims.

• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Collaborate with a results-driven team to exceed sales targets.

What You Bring:

• A pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).

• Valid driver's license & ability to work at heights.

• Sales or project management experience is a plus.

• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

What We Offer:

• Paid training + full administrative & leadership support.

• Base pay + commission for up to the first 90 days, then full uncapped commission.
