    Responsibilities:

    Deliver in home sales presentations with clients to understand their specific needs for roofing, siding, or window repairs or replacements, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals.

    Create and present compelling proposals that outline project details, cost estimates, and timelines, delivering information in a clear and professional manner.

    Skillfully negotiate contracts to close deals that are both profitable and aligned with client expectations, ensuring a seamless sales experience.

    Become a master of lead generation identifying and connecting with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking efforts to generate leads.

    Work with production to ensure smooth transition of projects from sales through close-out.

    Stay up to date on industry developments and sales techniques through regular trainings

    Collaborate with your manager to create and execute a personalized growth plan that enhances your skills and drives professional development.

    Ability to self-generate leads

    Education / Experience

    Prior sales experience or college or military experience

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, solar or construction industry is preferred

    Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.

    Experience with industry-specific software or tools.

    Job Requirements:

    Flexibility to work Saturdays / evenings as needed based on customer availability

    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.
