    Roth Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Salesman to join their team in the Tri-State area. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in roofing sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets. The Roofing Salesman will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and promoting the company's high-quality roofing services. Working closely with project management, the salesperson will ensure that all projects meet Roth Roofing's standards for excellence and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial roofing markets.
    • Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide detailed, accurate estimates for roofing projects.
    • Present tailored roofing solutions, including materials, services, and warranties, to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Manage and track sales leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software.
    • Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
    • Prepare and deliver clear and detailed sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.
    • Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in roofing sales or a related construction sales role.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and industry regulations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate estimates and deliver customized solutions.
    • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in roofing or sales is a plus.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
    • A strong commission structure offering substantial earning potential.
