Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
- Follow up on assigned leads and proactively engage in cold calling
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and exteriors, documenting damage
- Provide professional estimates for roofing and construction services
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims for storm-related repairs
- Generate business through door-knocking, lead generation, and referrals
- Secure signed agreements and payment to kickstart projects
- Submit documentation to the production team for project initiation
- Attend roofing projects to support customers and generate additional business
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
