Job Summary:

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will oversee roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage schedules, materials, subcontractors, and crews while maintaining site safety and resolving any project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Recruit, hire, and manage subcontractors and crews

Order materials and ensure proper inventory management

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring exceptional customer service

Conduct site visits, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality control

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Experience in project management or administrative roles (roofing/construction industry preferred)
