The Lismore Hotel is currently hiring Room Attendants. A hotel room attendant's responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, as well as providing customer service. Our convention center hotel is in downtown Eau Claire, less than a mile from Phoenix Park, Haas Fine Arts Center, and the Farmers Market. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Museum are within two miles. We have a 24-hour fitness center, rooftop bar, and ECDC, a local coffee house. Responsibilities: • Vacuum, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas • Change bed linens and towels, and make beds • Replace guest supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and biscuits • Refill the mini-bar and add up the daily drinks bill • Report maintenance issues, such as broken light fixtures or air conditioners • Offer customer service and respond to guest inquiries • Collect dirty linen and deliver it to the laundry room • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies We have a comprehensive benefit package that includes: • 401(k) w/5% Company Match! • PTO Package • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life & Short-Term Disability • Discount Program • Other voluntary benefits, such as critical illness, accident, etc. Qualifications: • Prior housekeeping experience • Hotel experience preferred Compensation: $16 per hour
