Job Description

Rosselle Consulting is an independent outsourced risk management firm located in Gainesville, Florida. We are a fee-for-service firm, and do not sell or profit from the sale of insurance. We are a small company of less than 20 employees looking for someone who can take charge of a book of accounts and help the company grow. Our goal is for each Account Manager to become an integral part of each clients' business.

This book of accounts has an assistant to help with the duties of the position and there is an Account Support staff which helps all the company's clients.

As an Account Manager, your essential day-to-day duties would include:

Reviewing insurance policies and endorsements to ensure adequacy and accuracy of policy documents. Communicating with the client to gather all necessary exposure and underwriting information for policy renewals and marketing. Working with multiple insurance agencies in and directing insurance negotiations to obtain the most favorable coverage and cost terms for current and prospective clients. Maintain an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response Reviewing insurance audits completed by carriers for accuracy and assist with making any necessary corrections. Responding to client inquiries and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with insurance and/or insurance related matters. (such as working with policies at an insurance agency, managing policies for a business, formerly owning your own business, experience as a controller, etc.) Ability to exercise independent judgment. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills. Proven ability of working in a successful team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization.
