    What type of tasks will you be doing?

    • Support the Sales and Controlling teams for data analysis, sales & volume forecasting, quotation management, and sample order management.
    • Maintain close communication with the Bosch manufacturing plant, logistics, and accounting associates to ensure timely and accurate volume forecasting, delivery tracking, and product data analysis.
    • Process customer orders, credit notes, invoices, ensure timely delivery, and track payments.
    • Support sample order tracking, inventory management, and delivery confirmation
    • Support in creating accurate short and long-term forecasts and other ad-hoc reports
    • Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S and potentially to international locations.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree received within the last 2 years in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Marketing, or Business Analytics
    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
    • Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Highly Analytical and Curious
    • Data Automation Experience
    • Exposure to Product Development
    • Microsoft Office Suite
