    Rotational Nanny with Transportation (Boston/Peabody) (One week on, One week off) - $30-$35 per hour

    A busy family in the Beacon Hill area of Boston is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time nanny to assist with the care of three children, ages 12, 6, and 4. The children are active and involved in sports. The family has a split custody arrangement, and the children attend school in Peabody, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible, mature, and experienced in childcare. The primary responsibility will be transporting the children to and from school in Peabody. The position involves a split shift schedule and operates on a one-week-on, one-week-off basis.

    Compensation & benefits:

    • Hourly Rate: $30-35 per hour.
    • Split schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am - 9am 
    • Monday-Friday 2pm - 7pm (afternoons only may be considered).
    • 1 weekend per month Saturday and Sunday 8-12 PM
    • One week on, one week off schedule.
    • Guaranteed hours per week
    • Start Date: April 2025 (or as soon as possible).
    • Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week during Christmas), 3 sick days, major holidays off and paid.

    • Summer Schedule: Monday-Friday 11-7pm Bi-weekly 

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide care for three children, ages 12, 6, and 4.
    • Transport children to and from school in Peabody, MA (elementary and middle school).
    • Assist with morning (7-9 am) and afternoon (2-7 pm) routines.
    • Pick up children from school at 3:30/4 pm.
    • Support children's involvement in sports activities (basketball and soccer).
    • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
    • Light meal preparation for children.
    • Maintain a safe and organized environment.
    • Communicate effectively with the parent(s).

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider.
    • Reliable transportation and a safe driving record.
    • Comfortable driving to Peabody, MA.
    • Ability to work a split schedule (7-9 am and 2-7 pm).
    • Flexibility to work a one-week-on, one-week-off schedule.
    • Mature, responsible, and patient demeanor.
    • Experience with children of varying ages.
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced household.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Provide 3-5 professional references
