    Job Description

    The primary function of the Rounds Cook is to prepare high quality food in all various stations on a basis of rotating schedule. The Rounds Cook is responsible for timely and accurate preparation of made to order food and accurate preparation and plating of Banquet Food items based on company specs and function contracts.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma and/ or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in the culinary field
    • Diploma/certification in a culinary discipline an asset
    • Long hours sometimes may be required.
    • Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
