The Route Supervisor is responsible for supporting the site manager on the day to day operations. This position will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality standards are being met, and working to develop the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to get involved in all aspects of the operations. Responsibilities: • Prioritize safety through accident prevention programs, including accountability for safe behaviors, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining a safety-focused culture. • Optimize our business by creating, modifying, and improving routes to maximize efficiency. • Gather and review customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company Provide coaching, feedback, and exposure to challenging assignments for team members. • Collaborate frequently with colleagues across departments, such as sales and maintenance teams, to ensure business and operational goals are achieved. • Implement engagement programs to attract new employees and drive existing employee loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. • Establish productivity goals where needed, ensure adherence to operating standards, and manage labor hours and expenses closely. • Ensure quality standards are being met. • Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed. • Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment. • Make sure all trucks get on their routes safely. Qualifications: • Must be able to follow through on commitments. • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members. • Must be able to remain calm under pressure. • Knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams). • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Must be able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills (written and oral). • Waste Management: 1 year (Required). Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
