** Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher/CSR :**

• Make sure that the passengers are picked up in a timely manner
• Organizing and managing routes and schedules for drivers
• Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints regarding transportation
• Assist driver use a negation system
• Answer inbound and out bound calls

** Qualification Requirements of a Routing Dispatcher/CSR :**

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years call center experience
• Must have excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Scheduling or related experience preferred
• Previous Dispatch experience preferred
