Job Description

Roy Petty & Associates, PLLC, a leading, Dallas-Based Immigration and Bankruptcy Law Firm is hiring a professional, experienced, detailed oriented, bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our finances, and manage the accounts receivable and payable. Must have proven bookkeeping experience with knowledge of basic accounting principles. Must be proficient with Quickbooks with a knack for numbers.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting is minimum requirement
• Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills

Duties include but not limited to:

• Preparing financial reports
• Bank accounts reconciliation
• Processing payroll
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Produce journal entries and account reconciliations with minimal supervision
• Perform data entry
