Title: **** Payroll Specialist ****
Location: **** Onsite – Honolulu
Compensation: $52,000~$58,000 per year, Exempt
Schedule: 8:00~17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in verifying timesheets and monitoring attendance.
• Execute complete payroll cycles, incorporating hourly, salaried, and piece rate calculations.
• Proficiently manage PTO (Paid Time Off) schedules.
• Skillfully maintain and update Excel databases.
• Foster professional communication lines with peers, managers, and teams.
• Showcase impeccable attention to detail, focus, multitasking skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting or Business (Associates or Bachelors) is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a specialization in payroll is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word is required.
• Advanced Excel Skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required.
• Experience with “UltiPro” by Ultimate Software would be advantageous.
• Flexibility with schedule a must
