CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding communication abilities
• Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Keyboarding and software knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Capability to multitask successfully
• GED, high school diploma, or college degree
• Capability to finish a necessary paid training program successfully

EQUIPMENT AND WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

• We will offer you a computer and other necessary equipment.
• You must have access to a high-speed internet connection.
• You must be able to connect your work computer to your home modem through ethernet.
• A calm working environment is required.
