CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Keyboarding and software knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Capability to multitask successfully
- GED, high school diploma, or college degree
- Capability to finish a necessary paid training program successfully
EQUIPMENT AND WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:
- We will offer you a computer and other necessary equipment.
- You must have access to a high-speed internet connection.
- You must be able to connect your work computer to your home modem through ethernet.
- A calm working environment is required.
