  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Job Goal: To assist the principal in administering, monitoring and implementing RtI2, analyzing data, supporting a small caseload of scholars with intervention, and supporting with administration of all state and internal testing.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Assist with scheduling for intervention

    • Provide lessons for scholars in Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention

    • Provide training on intervention resources and how to plan for the intervention hour

    • Conduct fidelity checks and provide teachers feedback on interventions

    • Analyze progress monitoring/benchmark data

    • Serve as data team chair and facilitate monthly meetings with school psychologist

    • Prepare all progress monitoring resources and enter weekly progress monitoring probes into Easy CBM

    • Lead professional development on how to use IReady reports and learning continuum

    • Complete all RtI paperwork except for daily logs

    • Train teachers on how to do daily logs

    • Coordinate responsibilities for the intervention team

    • Manage test materials and testing sessions for internal assessments

    • Develop and maintain data boards in the school

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Arrival/Dismissal Support

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of scholar information

    • Skilled in effective oral and written communication

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work

    • Follow school guidelines with scholar discipline

    • Maintain proper professional conduct as defined in staff handbook

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    College degree required; Valid TN Teachihng License
