We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions and provide assistance
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
