Job Description

• Delivers food from the kitchen to the guest table. Sweep floors. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, such as napkins, flatware, and condiments.

• Delivers food from the kitchen to guest table.

• Bussing tables and Bar top.

• Prepare desserts.

• Maintain and replenish supplies for kitchen; i.e. Silverware, condiments, dishes, to-go products.

• Maintain knowledge of all menu items including specials

• Performs all other duties requested

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
