Full-Time Russian Speaking Nanny in Boston, MA $54,600 to $63,700 per year

Seeking a caring, proactive, and experienced full-time nanny for a family with one 1-year-old child. Ideal candidate is fluent in Russian, has prior experience caring for toddlers. Looking for someone who is proactive in planning outings and activities, given the family's central urban location. Must be pet friendly, there are a parakeet and a dog at the home.

Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible)
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
• Benefits: Paid Time off, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays.

• Must be able to use Boston public transportation, there is no parking spot available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, attentive care for the child.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate, fun, and stimulating activities.
• Take the child to nearby parks and attractions (Boston Common and other walking-distance activities).
• Manage meals, snacks, and naptime routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized play and living area.

• Assist with light child-related housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian
• Fully vaccinated against flu and COVID-19
• Comfortable with pets (small dog and parakeet in the home).

• Flexible and dependable
• Provide 3-5 professional references
