Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is seeking a Sr. Engineering Workforce Development Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA.  Below is a summary of responsibilities.

You will develop workforce competency models and certification requirements and implement new workforce development concepts in support of DoD Engineering workforce development efforts.  You will interface with external stakeholders and senior Government personnel on a frequent basis. 

Required Skills

• BS or BA degree in a discipline that is relevant to the technical work supporting
• Security Clearance: DoD Secret clearance

Required Experience

• 10+ years of related technical work experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience and understanding of DoD workforce data systems and data structures.
• Experience interfacing with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results.
• Master of Science Degree
