Grapple Truck Driver (West Palm Beach Location) Our drivers are some of the best paid on the road today! We are currently looking for a Grapple Truck Driver to join our team who is energetic, loyal, hardworking, self-directed, and motivated with a commitment to maintaining our high-quality standards. You would be responsible for providing excellent service that meets our high-quality standards for all the jobs on your scheduled route each day. You would be servicing, delivering, and or removing dumpsters and construction waste debris from construction sites in South Florida. You would be responsible for communicating with customers as needed in the case where there is an issue servicing, removing, or delivering our dumpsters. We are a Drug-Free workplace. Our home office is located in West Palm Beach and we currently operate in Broward, Dade, Palm Beach Counties. Must have a clean driving record and Class A or B CDL. Compensation is $19 per hour to start- potential of $65,000 - $85,000 per year Responsibilities: JOB DETAILS: • Complete designated tasks each day. • Drive our grapple truck to locations on your route. • Meet time frames for locations that are on your route. • Maintain time and production standards set. • Communicate with customers when there is an issue. • Communicate with the Dispatch Department throughout the day. • Responsible to maintain our high-quality service standards that set us apart from other grapple businesses. • Report problems with your truck to our mechanics to ensure preventive maintenance takes place. • Constantly strive to maintain safety standards as established and required by the State of Florida and company policy. Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: • Bi-lingual is a Plus (English and Spanish). • Valid Class A or B CDL Driver’s License. • CDL for a minimum of 3 years. • Clean driving record. • Good map reading skills. • Geographical knowledge of South Florida. • Must have good communication skills and a great attitude! • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated. • Able to work flexible hours, days, nights. • WILLING TO RELOCATE TO TAMPA IS A PLUS.
