    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, business development, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, maintaining client relationships, and helping to grow our business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Engage with current clients through calls and visits to maintain strong relationships

    Drive to visit clients, pick up, and drop off samples as needed

    Assist in preparing quotes, handling samples, and processing orders

    Work with AI-driven sales software such as Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, or Zoom Info

    Build and maintain CRM systems to streamline customer data and outreach

    Conduct cold calling to set up appointments and drive sales growth

    Estimate print jobs and project manage, including scheduling and coordination

    Collaborate with outside vendors and marketing agencies for project execution

    Work closely with the owner and key sales representatives to develop strategies and improve sales performance

    Qualifications & Skills

    Experience in sales support, business development, or customer service preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools

    Ability to cold call and set appointments confidently

    Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIN

    Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
