ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sales goals by presenting Colder’s promotions, demonstrating, and selling products and services to current and potential clients
Generate additional sales by prospecting clients outside of stores
Understand and correctly communicate all promotions and company policies
Follow up on new leads, referrals, and work on open sales reports
Maintain current product knowledge through manufacturer training
Keep abreast of competitor promotions and know how to respond with Colder’s promotions, products, services and overall value
Assist with tagging merchandise for current promotions; verify that “areas of assignment” are maintained in Show Quality daily
Use company computer system and website to successfully enter and update client orders; double check and verify orders for accuracy
Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and management
Be at work and on time for each day scheduled with possible site travel as needed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
Experience in sales (preferred, but not required) and team activities.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge and comfort using computers and navigating the internet
Requires holiday, weekend, and/or evening schedule
Able to lift to 15lbs
Requires ability to learn new products, programs, and promotions
