    Salesforce Business Analyst Roles and Responsibilities

    As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Government Agencies. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Analyze computer systems and business processes within Salesforce platform.

    Confer with stakeholders to gather, analyze and define business requirements.

    Design and implement business solutions on Salesforce.com platform.

    Perform gap analysis and monitor system performance.

    Collaborate with team members to design solutions that will meet clients business requirements.

    Collaborate with developers to test and verify developed solutions

    Develop user stories and to-be process flow diagrams to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions

    Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce or cloud-based technologies.

    Perform regression, user acceptance, functional, integration and smoke testing.

    Troubleshoot system problems, track bugs, generate reports, prepare training manuals, participate in key meetings, provide end user support, etc.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Science or related fields.

    2+ years demonstrated experience in business systems or Salesforce development/administration using Salesforce.com, Apex, Salesforce App Exchange, Visual Force, JavaScript, required.

    Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator.

    Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in US required.

    Preferred Experience and Skills • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
