The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Configure, code, test, debug, and modify enhancements for the LaGov system.

Identify problem resolutions and document plans and specifications to address issues within the LaGov system.

Develop or modify conversion programs and interfaces with a focus on data integrity authorization

Evaluate, analyze, and prepare recommendations for resolving production issues related to the implementation of the LaGov system for agencies.
