    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic SAP ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our team of experts in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions. As the SAP ERP SME and a team lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of ERP professionals while driving technical excellence in project design and client engagement. Your expertise will be crucial in hosting informative chalk-talks, shaping project work, and promoting our solutions as a service offering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP ERP professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Utilize your in-depth SAP ERP knowledge to design and oversee project work, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

    Client Engagement:

    • Host engaging chalk-talks and workshops to educate clients on SAP ERP capabilities and best practices.
    • Work closely with sales teams to articulate the value of our ERP solutions, assisting in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.

    Solution Selling:

    • Contribute to the development of strategies for selling ERP solutions as a service, highlighting the benefits and ROI for clients.
    • Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings.

    Project/Program Management:

    • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and address any technical or team-related challenges that arise.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and management in consulting or professional services
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to design and implement ERP solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of hosting client-facing sessions.
    • Experience in solution selling and pre-sales activities.
