    What You’ll Do:

    SAP Configuration & Optimization:

    • Design, configure and maintain SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring seamless Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M) integration.
    • Develop, test and deploy system enhancements for Production Planning (PP), demand management, capacity planning, shop floor execution and quality inspections.
    • Implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP), BOM/routing setups and inspection processes to optimize operations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on SAP best practices for in-process quality checks, corrective actions and final inspections.

    Troubleshooting & Support:

    • Provide end-user support, training and documentation for SAP PP and QM functionalities.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
    • Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing and UAT for enhancements and rollouts.

    Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

    • Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation and system performance enhancements.
    • Stay ahead of SAP trends, S/4HANA updates and industry best practices.
    • Support system upgrades, migrations and SAP P2M roadmaps.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You Bring:

    • 5 years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration experience within the Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M) process.
    • Strong understanding of production orders, MRP, capacity planning, and quality inspections.
    • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (or ECC with plans to transition to S/4 HANA).
    • Knowledge of BOM, routing, work centers, batch management and inspection lots.
    • Ability to write functional specifications for development teams (ABAP, Fiori).
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

    Nice to Have:
    ➕ SAP Certifications in PP, QM or S/4 HANA manufacturing.
    ➕ Experience with SAP Fiori, Workflow or Embedded Analytics.
    ➕ Background in discrete or process manufacturing industries.
