    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Reporting & Dashboard Specialist to join our team in Edmonds, WA. This role will play a key part in supporting our Finance and Manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SAP reporting tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Reports & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain customized reports and dashboards in SAP to provide real-time visibility into inventory levels, production metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing and inventory data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and develop solutions tailored to business needs.

    • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve issues related to SAP reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

    • User Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to end-users, helping them leverage SAP reporting tools effectively.

    • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes, staying updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP reporting and dashboard development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Project, and other SAP reporting tools. Strong knowledge of data modeling and database management.

    • Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accrual basis accounting and/or IFRS concepts.

    • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

    • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.

    • Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

    • Work Environment: Hybrid (Edmonds, WA)
