    Job Description

    The SAP S4 IT Project Manager - Order to Cash will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects related to the Order to Cash process. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

    The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

    • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Leadership: Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for the Order to Cash process.
    • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
    • Budget Management: Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
    • Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
    • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems supporting Order to Cash, Transportation and Warehousing domains.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience

    Required Experience:

    • 5+ years of recent SAP IT Project Management experience
    • Proficiency in SAP S4 modules related to Order to Cash (e.g., SD, LE), SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules
    • 5+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
    • Experience working with test plans and test cases
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
    • Proficiency with MS Project
    • Proficiency with MS Visio
    • Consumer Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing Industry experience is helpful
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees
    • Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills
    • Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Preferred:

    • Strong infrastructure background or System Analyst background - technical concepts and details
    • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to present to senior & executive leaders
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP S4 projects
    • Demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects
