Review SAP NextGen ERP existing process design artifacts and identify opportunities for refinement/optimization for the in-scope Level 1 to Level 5 * processes.
*Levels 1 to 5 refers to the levels in the Business Process Hierarchy (“BHP”), with 1 as the highest, representing either a value stream or a function, and 5 as the lowest representing detailed process step execution. Please consider the BPH in its entirety and align BPM best practices recommendations accordingly and execute any improvement opportunities and activities accordingly.
Conduct an assessment of NextGen ERP's BPM capability maturity and provide recommendations to optimize this capability. This includes conducting a BPM skills gap assessment.
Develop in partnership with the NextGen ERP team a BPM academy/training program and lead the execution of the related enablement efforts.
Provide Signavio Process Manager-based process modeling, analysis and design capacity support.
Provide other BPM advisory services required to lead SCE's NextGen ERP Program through streamlining, re-engineering, and transformation of its in-scope business processes in augmentation of existing System Integrator provided services.
Develop a BPM methodology toolbox for the NextGen ERP Program.
Work with the NextGen ERP Signavio team in modifying, developing, negotiating, and implementing process governance policies.
Develop / modify process performance measurement / process conformance plans for NextGen ERP in-scope To-be processes.
Provide project management services required to support the planning and execution of the engagement.
