Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and support a Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) for clinical trials. The role includes managing SAS Grid infrastructure, optimizing AWS cloud solutions, and developing web applications for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAS Grid Management :
* Set up and configure SAS Grid environments.
* Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize job scheduling.
* Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for operational efficiency.
- AWS Cloud & Storage Management:
* Design and maintain Lustre file systems and AWS FSx for ONTAP to support high-performance analytical workloads.
* Manage data migration to AWS FSx for ONTAP and ensure system optimization.
* Monitor and enhance performance for both Lustre and AWS FSx environments.
- Full Stack Development :
* Develop responsive web applications using React.js for data visualization and analysis.
* Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance.
* Collaborate with data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Technical Skills:
- SAS Expertise :
* Proficiency in SAS programming (SAS/Base, SAS Macros, SAS/Stat) in a Linux environment.
* Experience with SAS Grid , SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Studio.
- AWS Cloud ** & Storage**:
* Strong knowledge of Lustre architecture and AWS FSx for ONTAP.
* Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture design.
- Full Stack Development :
* Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
* Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express) and RESTful APIs.
* Proficient in version control (Git) and agile development practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with clinical trial phases I-IV is a plus.
- Understanding of spaCy NLP integration in React.js applications.
