Part Time Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: $10/hour + Bonuses Weekly Pay

We have an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position in our HR DEPARTMENT for recent graduates or those looking for a fresh career start!

In order to make up for the lack of experience, we expect our candidates to have the following qualities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Problem solving skills
• Career oriented and looking for growth

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Answer phones
• Provide management with requested reports and documents: such as background checks or pay reports
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Plus, but not required:

• Leadership experience in employment, sports, clubs, etc.
