    JOB TITLE: SDLC Project Manager (Temp Contract)

    DESIRED START DATE: May/June 2025

    LOCATION: San Francisco Onsite/Offsite

    DURATION: 1 to 3 years. 40 hours a week.

    Our client is looking for a project manager to lead and support highly complex project controls and project management activities throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC) of a large and important case management application.

    Task 1: Project Management: Leading highly complex project tasks and contributing to project deliverables through design, development and/or review of work products and deliverables including

    Task 1 Deliverables:

    A. Incident/Issue Tracker – a spreadsheet of issues and incidents submitted in ServiceNow, issue description, and resolution B. Work Plans C. Information Transmittal D. Requests for Information E. Communication Tracking Logs F. Document Library G. M&O Processes & Procedures H. Project Control Documents

    1. Task 2: Training: Identify training needs as it relates to the application; provide strategies and approaches to training; develop training materials and job aids using various media; deliver training.

    Task 2 Deliverables: A. Identification of training topics B. Training materials and job aids C. Training methodologies and techniques to deliver training according to county needs D. Training delivery

    1. Task 3: Business Process Reengineering: As needed, work with the various business units to review and redesign their current business processes resulting from the implementation of the the application and suggest changes to operations and procedures that are required to implement redesigned processes. Identify areas of improvement, redundancies, inefficiencies and inconsistencies and recommend solutions that offer the highest potential impact to meet target performance outcomes.

    Task 3 Deliverables: A. Business Process Redesign Recommendation Report – summary of processes for potential improvement B. Business Process Redesign Road Map – establish proposed rollout and implementation C. As-Is and To-Be business process workflows -define and document current and future processes and procedures

    1. Task 4: Assessment Report and Analysis A. Evaluates the preparation, coordination and submission of time-sensitive, reports and statistical measures associated with the projects overseen by the project team Detail design analysis and review B. Analyzes project audit outcomes and measurement activities for the development of recommendations to enhance project performance Release Management C. Assesses processes and programs by gathering and analyzing relevant information in order to ensure they are proceeding as planned; monitors emerging issues and concerns in order to develop timely proactive responses D. Prepares correspondence for submission to project oversight committees and governing bodies to obtain approval for the largest and most complex decisions and service acquisitions E. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution F. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

    Task 4 Deliverables: A. Provide Assessment report to Stakeholders B. Prepare the correspondence to Lead PM prior to submission for review C. Update/manage the PM calendar via shared folder and on ServiceNoW

    1. Task 5: Business Analysis: Identify opportunities for improving business processes through automation and assist in the preparation of Change Enhancement Requests to propose new requirements. Interface with users to determine system needs and/or within process gaps where system intersects with operations

    Task 5 Deliverables: A. Change Orders/Change Enhancement Requests B. Issue Analysis and Recommended Solutions
