Marketing - Creative & Program Manager Hybrid - Retail Cannabis
Job Description
Our client, one of SoCal’s largest licensed cannabis dispensary operators, needs experienced hybrid marketing professionals who can handle the demands of graphic design as well as program management within our stores and network.
You will work with (and even help create) brands in co-op marketing programs including billboards, in-store displays and more.
You will help to create Store promotions on billboards, packaging, digital, social and much more.
Ideally, you have the creative chops to develop the pieces and the organizational skills to make sure they get used right, ontime and are effective.
Required:
3+ years CPG or Brand Marketing as a Creative
Ability to adapt and work odd hours as needed
High technical experience and proven agility to learn quickly on your own
Ability to self-manage and hit deadlines on your own, as well as holding others accountable.
