GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR DESCRIPTION
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager | FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Part-Time
POSITION OVERVIEW
A Guest Experience Coordinators are conscientious, friendly and responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephone reservations, verifying guests' payment methods during check-in as well as being the front line for representing Inukshuk Shores as whole, cooking the concessions, food prep and clean up. Guest Experience Coordinators have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other resort team members.
To be successful as a Guest Experience Coordinator, you should provide guests with general information about Inukshuk Shores, the Resort and surrounding area, and stay up to date on attractions that may be of interest to guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Concessions
Processing food and beverage sales using Point of Sale system.
Preparing food following safe food handling procedures; includes cooking, serving and cleanup.
Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment.
Maintains organized and clean work area.
Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
Stocks and inventories products.
Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of resort.
Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Resort General Manager, Assistant Resort Manager, Director of Food & Beverage or Manager on Duty (MOD).
Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis.
Assists with processing concessions purchases with Toast point of sales (POS) system
Accountable for all transactions.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.
