    LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LOCAL TO OAKLAND GO/BAY AREA. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND REQUIRED ON-SITE MINIMUM TWICE A WEEK. CLIENT LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED. MANAGER CONFIRMED PRE-DETERMINED AMOUNT FOR INTERNET EXPENSE CAN BE SUBMITTED MONTHLY.

    • Create and maintain standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel

    Job titile: Technical Assistant

    Location: Oakland (Hybrid, need to be onsite 2-3 Days a week)

    Description:

    LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Position is Headquartered in Oakland however it is a Hybrid position. They will need to go to OGO at least 2 days per week, sometimes more.

    ** TOP THINGS:**

    • Notetaking, Meeting Preparation/PowerPoints, Self-Reliant (can do things without constant direction)

    **Client laptop will be provided. Candidate can submit cell and internet expense for pre-determined amount with manager prior approval. Will need a cell phone either personal use or provided by supplier. Mileage can be reimbursed if traveling to an alternate HQ other than home office. Meals can be expensed if needed to travel out of town with manager prior approval. ***
