SEEK Careers/Staffing is working with a client in search of Call Center Representatives.This role is responsible for researching and identifying appropriate market research participant targets then making outbound calls to schedule and survey identified targets. Industries researched range from agriculture to High Level Legal Firms. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Outbound calling (70%) • Works independently  • Adjusts interview technique to participant’s style • Professionally persuades reluctant participants to complete surveys • Exceeds performance standards (calls per hour, interviews per hour) • Uses tact and professionalism in communicating with participants Research (10%) • Probes to thoroughly understand work assignments • Utilizes tools to identify appropriate targets (LinkedIn, associations, websites etc.) • Relays any identified pertinent information or issues to supervisory staff • Identifies “lessons learned” per project and applies them to future endeavors Process Adherence (10%) • Works with WinCATI software to accurately records participant responses • Adheres to quality assurance standards • Has dependable attendance Teamwork (10%) • Displays a positive, can-do attitude • Shows equal respect to all team members • Displays flexibility in changing work assignments • Encourages feedback from Supervisors and Monitors     REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS: • Typing skills 30+ WPM • Creative problem solving • Critical thinking • Networking • Strong interpersonal communication • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Self-motivated   Hours: Mon-Fri 1PM-9PM. Pay - $15/hr.
