• Welcome applicants
• Answer a busy multi-line phone system
• Process new applicants along with a variety of additional administrative duties
• Managing social media Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of office customer service experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Type a minimum of 40 wpm
• Bilingual is a plus
• Able to handle high-pressure and high-stress situations
