As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work on a well-established franchise automotive service brand. The Performance Marketing Specialist will have a proven track record illustrating 5+ years’ experience in managing both SEM and SEO programs and is highly collaborative and team oriented. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management of various SEM programs and ensuring daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs are being met. Responsibilities will include but not limited to campaign creation, optimization, KPI reporting, ad copy creation, budget pacing and troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
Plan and execute various types of performance marketing campaigns including SEM Text ads, Performance Max, Remarketing and Display advertising. Develop and deploy campaigns successfully across various publishers, channels, including search engines, and display networks.
Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Conduct data analysis and monitor KPI performance to help strategize and make decisions to enhance campaign performance.
Monitor and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and publishers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand creative teams, web analytics teams, web dev teams) to ensure successful campaign execution.
Track and report on key performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.
Manage budgets to ensure daily budget pacing over media flights stays consistent. Ensure CPCs and media buys are within ideal standard ranges.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Build and maintain strong research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for ranking and to improve current existing content
Ability to identify and resolve technical website issues that affect indexation and ability to have content crawled
Research and execute a content development strategy to help brand presence in search engine results
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated work experience in both SEO & SEM Management. 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in agency setting or corporate environment preferred
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Expert level experience in excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook and Word
Strong verbal and written communication, present and visualize data
Previous experience utilizing Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Editor, Google Search Console, and BrightEdge or Conductor
Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
