Job Description:
Ensure annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO® Franchise procedures and processes. Supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Create and complete annual business plan and goals
Conduct Managers’ meetings
Develop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
Oversee and assist with training and development of staff, as necessary
Monitor and manage Marketing, Production, and Office Divisions to meet (or exceed) revenue, expense, and profit goals and objectives
Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
Perform sales and marketing activities. Meeting with clients and networking activities
Inspect workmanship at job sites
Review estimates/bids using Xactimate software
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred
IICRC certifications—WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus
Effective written and oral communication
5+ years management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating software
Experience working with property owners and clients
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
