Job Description:
Directly oversee and produce fire mitigation and contents services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Services performed in homes and businesses. In addition to overseeing production, the Fire Restoration Sales & Production Manager will run overflow sales leads and convert those to sold jobs and assit in moving them into production the prodcution phase. This division currently oversees demolition and removal of home contents, pack out contents in homes, and use restorative cleaning techniques to restore items that have been damaged from fire, water, or other substances. Communicate with all production staff to make sure all customer needs are met.

Preparing for daily jobs and assist crews by setting expectations, scope of work, assisting office with scheduling, and other production management tasks as needed.
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5p but the needs of the business could mean an occasional evening or weekend to meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring clear two-way communication with crew chiefs, other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns), and the office
Understanding and following safety guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
Qualifications:
Desired skill is 3-5 years experience in restoration
Experience in the customer service industry
Having a contagious smile and positive spirit
Being detail oriented
A desire for a career, this is not just a "job"
Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Experience in cleaning preferred
High school diploma/GED required with college degree preferred
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Bilingual is a plus but not required
