Position Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will work with a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!”
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate agents, and other potential clients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, and benefits.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients, ensuring alignment with project expectations and goals.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in the commercial property or restoration industry highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of restoration materials, techniques, and industry best practices is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness and ability to work nights/weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers.
Willingness to travel as needed.
