And more! As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The job responsibilities of the Lead Restoration Technician include working and leading a production team performing mitigation and restoration tasks, removing water, setting up containments, calculating equipment set-up requirements to dry out flooded homes and commercial buildings. Also, working on properties that have fire damage requiring removal of contaminated or damaged contents and cleaning the structure and fixtures of smoke and soot.Requirements:The applicant should have experience working in the restoration industryHave general knowledge of construction materials and practices.Have an IICRC certification in at least the WRT classificationThe applicant will be subject to a background investigation to verify a clean driving and criminal record.*Drug testing will be performed upon acceptance of a job offer.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
Provide priority response to potential customers
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates
Position Requirements
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
IICRC certification a preferred
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
